Our Riad “Bien Ici” is a riad designed with traditional architecture and materials, Zelliges, Tadelak, Bejmat, but also decorative, lighting, carpets, wall fountain, wrought iron, ceramics…

We are committed to sharing with you the world of Morocco in a warm place.
The Riad can be used in a climate of comfort all year round (air-conditioned and heated according to the seasons).

Bio-Ecological building, the production of domestic hot water is made by
a cumulus with solar panels.

We offer 4 furnished junior suite rooms, either with a double bed or twin (2 twin beds) which can be arranged as a triple.

Each junior suite room has its own bathroom, shower and independent WC, fully air-conditioned with inverter system (hot or cold), all equipped with a double flow V.M.C, as well as a wired Wifi.

A neat decoration, an arrangement with furniture, sofa, coffee table and large cupboards, respecting Moroccan architecture.

Our concern, hospitality, well-being, hygiene and safety. A service staff for housekeeping and bed preparation is provided.

We offer accommodation, nearby paid city parking.
Among the facilities of the Riad we offer Moroccan and international catering, a reception open 24 hours a day, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the establishment.
